Description for Flux-Cored Wire FILARC PZ6125

This is a basic flux-cored wire suitable for all-position welding, offering excellent low-temperature properties (usable down to -60 °C, CTOD tested). It enables efficient welding with a high deposition rate. The wire has excellent root pass properties and is available in diameters of 1.0 and 1.2 mm. The hydrogen content is very low, with a maximum of 5 ml per 100 g of weld metal. It is particularly suitable for thick-walled, stressed components. The wire can be used with a positive polarity in PA and PB positions from 250 A. Recommended shielding gases are M21. Suitable for materials such as S235 / P235 to S420 / P420 and similar.
