  • The crack testing agent allows for non-destructive testing of surface cracks and pores using the dye penetrant method
  • For crack detection on almost all metallic and non-metallic material surfaces (steel, plastic, aluminium, brass)
  • Crack testing agent system approved according to DIN EN ISO 3452; compliant with TRGS 614
  • No additional aids are required for the dye penetrant testing method
  • The red dye penetrant penetrates the crack by means of capillary action
  • The dwell time (5 − 10 minutes) depends on the crack/pore geometry.
