Welding Wire Böhler Thermanit X 1.4370 BS300 15kg Spool
Description:
The solid wire electrode Böhler Thermanit X is ideally suited for joining and surfacing heat-resistant Cr steels and heat-resistant austenitic steels, and it can be used at a maximum operating temperature of 850°C. It is also particularly useful for welding austenitic-ferritic joints with an operating temperature of up to 300°C. This electrode enables the joining of unalloyed or low-alloy steels with Cr steels and austenitic steels. To prevent the occurrence of brittle martensitic transition zones, heat input during welding should be kept as low as possible.
Base Materials:
Mixed joints between structural, fine-grain structural, and quenched and tempered steels with high-alloy Cr and CrNi(Mo) steels; heat-resistant steels up to 850°C; austenitic manganese hard steels with each other and with other steels; cryogenic sheet and pipe steels in conjunction with cryogenic austenitic materials; armor steels
Approval Welding Wire Böhler Thermanit X:
TÜV (05651), DB (43.132.01), DNV GL, VG 95132-1, CE
