Böhler Phoenix Grün T Stick Electrodes
Böhler Phoenix Grün T Stick Electrodes for unalloyed and low-alloyed steels
- Low spatter formation
- Excellent ignition capability
- Slag largely self-detaching
Thick rutile-coated Böhler Phoenix Grün T stick electrodes suitable for repair, assembly, and workshop welding in many areas. Assembly work can be carried out with constant current in all positions. Predestined for welding in flat positions. Weldable with direct and alternating current. Fine-grained smooth seams with a notch-free transition to the base material. The stick electrode is also well suited for beginners due to its easy handling.
Easy ignition and re-ignition. Relatively insensitive to contamination in the weld seam area. Soft arc and good X-ray safety.
The stick electrodes can also be used on small transformers and are weldable with 42V protective voltage.
Yield strength up to 420 MPa.
