The SDF-250 SAW flux drying oven is specially designed for industrial applications in the process industry, in vessel and tank construction, and in manufacturing plants. With a capacity of 250 kg of welding flux and precise temperature control, it ensures uniform, gentle drying and storage of welding flux – ideal for efficient work processes and consistently high welding quality.

Thanks to embedded heating systems in the walls and hot-pipe technology, the flux is heated homogeneously – without stirring or relocating. The temperature can be digitally set between 100 and 400 °C to precisely control various drying and storage processes.

Rockwool insulation, 800 °C heat-resistant fiberglass door seals, and energy-efficient construction ensure long heat retention: even without power, the temperature remains stable for up to 8 hours. Two separate flux chambers (each 450 × 510 × 600 mm, total volume 275 liters) allow for flexible batch processing.

For maximum ease of use, the oven can be filled from the top and emptied from the bottom – a simple on/off emptying mechanism facilitates powder removal directly into a 20 kg bucket. Robust lockable heavy-duty casters make the SDF-250 mobile and secure at the same time.
