Reliable drying and storage – up to 50 kg of welding flux

The SDF-50 SAW flux drying oven was specially developed for the process industry, tank and vessel construction, and manufacturing companies. With a capacity of 50 kg of welding flux and digitally adjustable temperature from 100–400 °C, it ensures uniform, gentle drying and storage of welding flux.

Thanks to embedded heating systems in the walls and Hot-Pipe technology, the flux is heated homogeneously – without stirring. The digital controller facilitates precise control of drying and storage processes.

Rockwool insulation, 800 °C heat-resistant fiberglass seals, and energy-efficient design maintain the temperature for up to 8 hours without power supply. The SDF-50 can be filled from the top and emptied from the bottom, fitting perfectly over a 20 kg bucket for clean operation. Robust, lockable heavy-duty castors ensure mobility and a secure stand.
